Guillermo Del Toro has revolutionized movie production again and again. While attributed with many awards on his macabre fantasy stories featuring beautifully grotesque creatures, Pan’s Labyrinth is my personal favorite.
It tells of a girl tasked with completing trials for a Faun in order to save herself and her family. Many creatures aid and wreak havoc on her world as she takes to finding her way through Pan’s Labyrinth.
This collector’s edition movie poster features key aspects from the film as well as reinventing itself back into modern culture. The intention was to allow the viewer to get lost and mesmerized by the incredulous amount of detail, texture, and fantasy that a viewer who hasn’t seen the film fails to notice the striking symbolism and imagery.
